Styling Through the Seasons

Wondered why we’ve been quiet lately? Well the truth is we’ve had lots going on personally over the last couple of months. Some of it has been pretty heavy (nothing life threatening thankfully) and it has made us reevaluate things.

On top of that it’s been such a quiet couple of years business wise, that it’s time to consider whether we will continue trading. It’s a very hard economic climate out there at present and sometimes you have to weigh up whether it’s worth continuing.

I’m sure we’re not alone in saying that it can feel pretty hard at times to feel motivated with posting which of course we know means you won’t be seen. Equally it can sometimes feel pointless in doing so when engagement/sales are so reduced.

This isn’t a sympathy post just an honest explanation of why we haven’t been as visible on our socials.

Anyway we are going to have a break for the rest of the summer period to focus on family and making the most of our time together which means you won’t see posts on our main feed.

Our website will still be open so please do remember us when shopping small and we will be back later in the year.

Enjoy the coming months and treasure time with your loved ones. Much love ❤️

Incase you haven’t realised and flipped over the calendar yet, June has arrived!

May seemed to whizz by this year with Mr LPN having been away for 2 weeks doing the first half of the Camino de Santiago. If you’ve never heard of it then look it up as it really is a life changing experience. He has made so many friends and it really has been joyous hearing about his adventures and fellow pilgrims that he met along the way. There’s also a film called ‘the walk’ starring Michael Sheen and Emilio Estevez which is what we first heard about the walk. A real inspiring and moving movie.

So now we’re into June we are looking forward to a month of birthdays and this year some new beginnings! Exciting times ahead 💕

Happy June to you all☺️

We’ve been much quieter than usual as I’ve been recovering from some long awaited surgery. Nothing sinister but some of the benefits of having it done after a long wait have been pretty instant. ☺️

Whilst recuperating mumma LPN has been amazing by helping massively to lighten the load on Mr LPN around the home. She’s one in a million 💕

On this note here’s your reminder to shower your mum with love this Mother’s Day, which is this coming Sunday! Beautiful card from @louisetiler available over on the website 💕

We’ve been rather quiet for a short while as we’ve had a little time out enjoying a city break. Feel free to skip this post if you’re not interested. Just thought we’d share what we’ve been up to!

If you haven’t been to Tallinn in Estonia before then we’d highly recommend. Beautiful architecture, lots of history, great food and drink (que Mr LPN with a beer or two!) and snow too! Plus it was short flight of just 2.5 hours. Big bonus points there!

Would love to hear of any recommendations for future city breaks which are only a few hours away as they are a great way of seeing more of the world 🌍
