Covid-19 – Currently orders are dispatched twice a week on a Wednesday and Saturday to minimise risk to both ourselves and delivery staff until further notice.
We deliver to UK mainland only. We regret that we are unable to accept international orders at this time.
There is a standard delivery charge of £3.99 for all orders of £40 or under. We are delighted to be able to offer free delivery for orders with a value of more than £40.
We do our best to be eco-friendly and we re-use boxes where ever possible. This also helps us to keep our costs down. All items are carefully checked before they are packed and dispatched. We aim to dispatch your items once payment has cleared within three working days. We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are sent via Royal mail or a courier and may require a signature. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive once it’s been dispatched.
Collect your order
If you are in the Lowestoft area you are more than welcome to collect your order instead of paying to have your items delivered to you. If you would like to place an order for collection please make a note of this at the checkout or alternatively please contact us with the items you wish to purchase by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and Exchanges
We really hope you love your purchases. However, if for any reason you’re not happy with them, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email@example.com
We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, clearly unused and in their original packaging. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if this is not the case.
For all returns, except where the goods are faulty, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. Please advise why you are returning the goods, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please note that in the event of a return on an order over £40 where postage is paid by us (excluding where the goods are faulty) a refund will be made for the items returned minus an admin fee and our postage costs.
Le Petit Nest cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when making a return to us.
